General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

Zatbaj An internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Zatbaj and each user of the platform ("you" or "Member"). Browsing the website, creating an account, or using any of our services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the final and binding text.

Account Registration & Verification

ZatbajTo open an account with Zatbaj, the following conditions must be met. These are not just our internal rules — they are also requirements under international gaming regulations.

Age — Minimum 18 Years
During registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Zatbaj Age verification documents may be requested at any time. If verification cannot be completed, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Accurate Information Required
Your name, address, date of birth, and mobile number must all be accurate. If an account is registered with false information, Zatbaj reserves the right to withhold payouts and terminate the account. Zatbajhas.
One Person — One Account
Only one account per mobile number, bank account, or device. Zatbaj Only one account may be operated. If duplicate accounts are detected, all balances and winnings across both accounts will be forfeited.

Important Withdrawal Conditions

  • Withdrawals will be sent to the same number or account used for the original deposit.
  • At least one bet or game session must be completed before your first withdrawal.
  • The maximum withdrawal per day is ৳2,00,000 — any amount above this limit must be processed via bank transfer.

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

Zatbajoffers a variety of bonuses — Welcome Bonus, Deposit Bonus, Free Spins, Cashback, and Loyalty Points. Each bonus, however, comes with specific conditions, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being voided.

Wagering Requirement (WR)
To withdraw a bonus, you must first wager a specified amount. For example: if the 100% welcome bonus has a WR of 20x and you deposit ৳1,000, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing the ৳1,000 bonus.
Bonus Validity Period
Every bonus must be used within a set time frame — typically 7 to 30 days. Once expired, any unused bonus balance will be automatically removed.
Bonus Abuse Is Strictly Prohibited
Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, meeting wagering requirements through low-risk betting, or employing any form of fraudulent strategy is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Gameplay, Betting & Technical Rules

Daily Deposit Limit
Set your own daily deposit limit. Once set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours.
Session Time Limit
Set a limit on how long you play in a single session. You will be automatically logged out once the time limit is reached.
Cooling-Off Period
Take a break from gaming for anywhere between 7 days and 6 months. You will not be able to log in to your account during this period.
Self-Exclusion
To take a long-term or permanent break from gaming, submit a self-exclusion request. This can be done at any time through Support.

Account Closure, Suspension & Disciplinary Action

Zatbaj Zatbaj reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances.

Grounds for Account Closure
  • Registering with false information or fraudulent documents.
  • Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
  • Intentionally exploiting software bugs or technical errors.
  • Abusive behaviour towards other members or support staff.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If your account is closed for a legitimate reason and a balance remains, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw that balance — excluding any bonus balance. To dispute an account closure, Zatbaj Send an email to Support.

Questions about account management and responsible gaming.

There are two ways to deactivate or close your account on Zatbaj. The first is Temporary Deactivation (Cooling-Off): Go to "Take a Break" in your Account Settings to lock your account for 7 days, 1 month, or 3 months. During this period, no deposits, bets, or gameplay will be possible. Additionally, Permanent Closure (Self-Exclusion): Contact us via live chat or email [email protected] to request permanent account closure. Your account will be closed within 24 hours of the request. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it beforehand — or inform Support and arrangements will be made to return it.
